In 2021, long time friends, Jaclyn and Rhiane had the opportunity to work together professionally at a fast-growing, beauty start-up - Lunata Beauty. As a dynamic team, they discovered a shared passion for supporting CPG brands through thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and operational excellence. After achieving success together in-house, they recognized a bigger opportunity: to offer their combined expertise to a wider range of brands looking to grow in the North American market. And so, JR Management was born - built on the belief that great products deserve great partners.

Jaclyn Wilson

Rhiane brings over a decade of experience in CPG retail distribution, working with leading national retailers and independent stores across North America. Specializing in consultative sales, streamlined operations, and scaling efficiency during high-growth stages, she takes a holistic approach to brand management. With a background in software engineering and extensive experience in D2C selling, Rhiane offers a unique ability to align D2C channels with overall operations and brand strategy, driving cohesive and sustainable growth.

Jaclyn brings extensive experience in retail strategy, product lifecycle management, stakeholder experience, and brand development across the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. With a specialization in personal care - including hair care, skin care, and cosmetics - Jaclyn combines industry knowledge with a passion for mindful, high-quality products. Her strengths lie in cultivating meaningful retailer relationships, optimizing brand positioning, and aligning B2B and D2C strategies to drive long-term growth. Through a thoughtful, partnership-focused approach, Jaclyn helps brands connect with their ideal audiences and expand their retail footprint with purpose and integrity.
